  • While we take utmost care in packaging, we do not cover any losses or damages during transit.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to assist!
  • To process any claims for missing or damaged items, an unboxing video is required.
  • The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened, without edits.
