Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, except on holidays.
• Orders are shipped from our store in Mumbai via our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.
• Orders cannot be combined 

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days
• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹180 applies to orders below ₹5,000.

Transit & Delivery

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays may impact delivery.
• If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact the courier service directly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• We take great care in packaging, but we do not cover loss or damage in transit.
• Any claims regarding lost shipments should be taken up directly with the courier service.
